The room was big size and functional, offered useful things, such as a microwave oven and tea/coffee making equipment. The staff were excellent, ready to any request.

Though everything was good, some of the staff were a bit rude.

Variety of good food, we greatly enjoyed it. We had a lovely bedroom. The location was comfortable and perfect in a pretty quiet area, close enough to Long Island City and two different subway stations.

I loved being able to stroll to the nearby SculptureCenter in under 10 minutes. It was just a short walk to the beautiful Socrates Sculpture Park, made for a perfect afternoon in the sun. The queen room was comfortable, allowing me to recharge after long days of exploring the city.

The staff was very very helpful and amiable, the room was new-fashioned. The property's location was perfect, in the middle of the city😀😃

I was very disappointed . The room was not equipped adequately for a family of four, lacking essential items like coffee mugs. The bathroom didn't provide space for toiletries, forcing us to balance our wash bags on the toilet, quite frustrating.

We loved the spacious queen room with a huge terrace providing stunning Manhattan views. The nearby subway stations made exploring the city so easy!

Sonder had an amazing location, only 15-20 minutes from times square by subway, yet it felt away from all the chaos. The queen room with balcony was fantastic, with a great shower and a fine view. The staff were pleasant, and the app check-in and out were super convenient. Loved that we could grab extra toiletries whenever we needed.

Lacked basic items like napkins, sugar, or mugs for the coffee machine. No armchair or comfy seating for the four of us, just one desk chair. The bathroom had no space for wash bags, so we ended up balancing items on the toilet. Two towel sets felt insufficient for a family of four. These details.

The queen room with balcony was awesome. It had a fine view of Manhattan and a big terrace. The room was super clean with air conditioning, free toiletries, and a coffee machine. Staff was friendly and helped with anything we needed. Plus, location was great, only 10 mins by subway to Manhattan, and three stations nearby.
